I actually have a book called "The Tipping Point" by Malcolm Gladwell that I've started, but it's nonfiction, and I'm going to save it until my brain has reformed and I can really enjoy it.Rachhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03765577345097519255noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1524749296488158627.post-37913532787573801792009-02-07T13:29:00.000-07:002009-02-07T13:29:00.000-07:00It's on my list, Jen, thanks! It's on my list, Jen, thanks!Jennyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04491181093609639685noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1524749296488158627.post-45442059736859256102009-02-06T17:52:00.000-07:002009-02-06T17:52:00.000-07:00Okay Jenny. Anyway, it's called Every Last Cuckoo by Kate Maloy.princess jenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00996199384833340826noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1524749296488158627.post-74890835841916252822009-02-05T10:49:00.000-07:002009-02-05T10:49:00.000-07:00Libby, I cheat and rip the CDs in mp3s and then pu...Libby, I cheat and rip the CDs in mp3s and then put them on my iPod to listen to at my discretion and with earphones. THen I can listen to anything I want. Ha ha! Oh, and I delete the mp3s as soon as I finish the book, I promise.Jennyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04491181093609639685noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1524749296488158627.post-86715843403494461512009-02-05T10:17:00.000-07:002009-02-05T10:17:00.000-07:00Hmm....I wonder how tall my stack is. My problem ...Hmm....I wonder how tall my stack is. My problem is, I feel guilty if I return a book unread. Must be a carry over from my school days. So I will read all my inches, no matter how long it takes and how many times I have to renew them. So instead of taking a chance on things like you do, I am very discriminating in what I check out in the first place. Which is kind of sad because it doesn't leave a lot of room for new discoveries!Carenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09818208617119348049noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1524749296488158627.post-23912854733115649402009-02-04T12:41:00.000-07:002009-02-04T12:41:00.000-07:00I've been limiting myself at the library because I...I've been limiting myself at the library because I just have not been on the ball lately with getting all my inches read! I'm in the middle of a wonderful book right now, but I haven't managed to dedicate myself to finishing it. I've been rather preoccupied reading scriptures and conference talks. So I guess that's good, right?

I started Iodine and could not get into it. So I will try again in a few months.princess jenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00996199384833340826noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1524749296488158627.post-22431636048988155522009-02-03T15:50:00.000-07:002009-02-03T15:50:00.000-07:00I LOVE big stacks of books. I'm going to go home and measure them, just for fun.rachelsayssohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08053263932484618552noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1524749296488158627.post-20242637536495323462009-02-03T15:37:00.000-07:002009-02-03T15:37:00.000-07:00Question: What is your trick for listening to audi...Question: What is your trick for listening to audio books with kids around? Usually when I get an audio book it's for a road trip so the kids just watch their DVD while J and I listen to the book. But the library only had the audio version of Fires of Heaven (WOT 5) available. It's like 36 HOURS of book (it definitely wouldn't take me that long to read it)! I'm trying to figure out when I would have 36 hours to listen to it without children around.Libbyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17800057848869269563noreply@blogger.com
